They have more than six thousand people visit us each year either for just a single day of fun activity, through to residential  experiences and long term personal development programmes.

Errant Surf is an established, award winning surf company, based in Newquay. Whether you are a complete beginner, have only been in the waves a few times or have surfed all over the world ... Errant, believes that friendly service and value for money are the key ingredients of the perfect surf lesson!

Errant say: "In your first lesson the Surf Instructor will go over the basics. These include ocean safety, things like how to spot a rip current, how to wipeout, tides, lifeguard flag system relevent to the country you are in. Then it's time for a bit of dry land surf coaching. You will have time to practice lying on the board in the "prone" position, how to paddle out, how to paddle for a broken wave, how to stand up (the tricky bit) and how to stay on! Then its time to hit the water. The surf coaches will be on hand to give you advice as you progress. Before long you'll be up and riding the whitewater waves back to the beach ... whats next? ... our Surf Instructors are qualified to teach you how to paddle out back to catch un-brocken waves, how to turn, generate speed, perform manuevores, like floaters, cutbacks both frontside and backside. Think snowboarding, but in the sunshine and in the sea!"

"Dear Tyson, I am writing in thanks for all your support with the Sportlink Project. Over the five years we have successfully reached over 660 young people, and this would not have been possible without the help and support of local sports and leisure clubs. This project benefitted young people by increasing their self confidence, self esteem, motivation and most importantly made it possible for them to achieve positive futures. Thank you once again." Rebecca Frost, The Bishop's Forum Sportlink Project

"Hi, Just wanted to send a big thanks for the surfing tuition on our holiday in August. The weather was awful but the surfing was the saving grace of the holiday. We thought Bob was a good instructor and the safety aspect was very re-assuring as some of our group were quite young. Kind regards." Amanda Woodroof

"Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for the great trip that we had this weekend! It was really fun to learn how to surf and one of the most fantastic weekends I've had I think! I'm hoping to do a bit of surfing on holiday in America this summer, should be fun, and I'll definitely be coming back to Cornwall another time! Thanks for being great instructors and nice blokes and helpful since I'm deaf and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to follow instructions but it all worked out fine! Regards." Katie
