4 Day Surfariz
Would you like to improve your Health and WellBeing and have fun at the same time? Come and join us at Catch a Wave®UK cic for a Surfariz, catching waves in beautiful SW Cornwall. You can de-stress in fantastic surroundings with our empathic, friendly, professional Surf Instructors and Complementary Therapists. Get to grips with surfing in Cornwall!
Your Surfariz will be 4 days long, so you can really indulge in relaxation, being pampered, and as much or as little exercise as you feel comfortable with. Why not completely treat yourself and come for a full week of surfing in Cornwall and yoga bliss!
During your Holiday, currently at either Godrvey, St Agnes or Fistral Beach, you will be able to relax and wind down with some Yoga … and in contrast, experience the buzz and exhilaration of Surfing in Cornwall!
You will be taught by an experienced, friendly Iyengar Yoga Teacher, before your Surfing Lesson and on the same beach - allowing you to release any stress or tension before surfing in the sea. Yoga can also help you with developing your balance and core muscles - important if you are planning to progress onto the next level of Surfing.
Tai Chi, Qi Gung, and/or Martial Arts are also available, (if joining a larger group). In addition, we have a wide range of Complementary Therapies and Workshops you can choose from, which include Reiki, Massage, Pilates, Personal Training, Reflexology, Wild Food Foraging, Dolphin Trips; see: www.catchawaveuk.com.
